Terms of use
Last updated: 28 March 2026
By accessing or using dealsradar.in (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This is a general user-facing summary and is not legal advice.
Nature of the service
DealsRadar publishes deal listings, product information, and editorial guides for informational purposes. We aim to be accurate, but we do not operate an online store. Purchases happen on third-party sites (for example Amazon or other retailers).
No guarantee on prices or availability
Prices, discounts, coupons, and stock levels change constantly. Anything shown on the site may be outdated. Always confirm price, shipping, taxes, and availability on the retailer’s website at checkout. We are not responsible for errors on merchant sites or for deals that expire before you purchase.
Affiliate relationships
We may earn commissions when you use certain links (for example as an Amazon Associate). That does not change what you pay. See our Affiliate disclosure for more detail.
Third-party websites
Links to other sites are for convenience. We do not control their content, policies, or security. Your use of third-party sites is between you and them.
Intellectual property
Site design, text we write, and our branding belong to DealsRadar or our licensors. Retailer names, logos, and product images may be trademarks of their owners and are used for identification. Do not copy or scrape the site for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealsRadar and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information here. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealsRadar from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms, where permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction say otherwise.
